1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites operated by Magipaper Limited (“Magipaper”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), the Magipaper mobile applications for iOS and Android (the “App”), and related services (together, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Magipaper helps people save web pages and read them in a cleaner, more focused reading experience, with local storage and optional export features.
3. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
4. The Services
Subject to these Terms, Magipaper provides software that may allow you to:
- Add links and save readable versions of web pages on your device
- Read saved content with customizable reading settings
- Export content (for example as EPUB) for use on other devices
- Receive update and compatibility notices from our servers
Features may change over time. We may add, modify, or discontinue parts of the Services.
5. License to use the App
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business use, and in accordance with these Terms and any applicable app store rules.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, except to the extent permitted by law
- Circumvent security, access controls, or usage limits
- Use the Services for unlawful, infringing, or abusive purposes
6. Your content and third-party materials
You are responsible for the links you submit and the content you choose to save, export, or share through the App.
Magipaper does not claim ownership of the third-party web content you save. Copyright and other rights in that content remain with the original owners. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of such content complies with applicable law and any terms of the source website, including copyright, licensing, and fair-use or similar limitations.
The App is a personal reading and organization tool. It is not intended as a service for republishing, commercial redistribution, or large-scale scraping of third-party content.
7. Local storage and backups
The App is designed to keep your reading library primarily on your device. You are responsible for backing up important data and for any loss that results from device failure, uninstallation, deletion, or similar events. Features and storage behavior may vary by platform and version.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Violate any law or third-party rights
- Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services, servers, or networks
- Probe, scan, or test vulnerability of the Services without authorization
- Automate access in a way that imposes unreasonable load or abuses the Services
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us
9. Updates and availability
We may provide updates, patches, or new versions of the App. Some updates may be required for continued use or security. The Services may be interrupted, delayed, or unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, network issues, third-party outages, or other causes.
10. Third-party services and app stores
The Services may interact with third-party websites, hosting providers, infrastructure vendors, and app stores. Your use of those third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Magipaper is not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
11. Intellectual property
The Services, including software, branding, design, and documentation, are owned by Magipaper Limited or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or other brand assets, except as needed to use the Services as intended.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that saved or exported content will be complete, accurate, or suitable for any particular purpose.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magipaper Limited and its directors, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or (b) USD 50 if you have not paid us anything.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, the above limitations apply only to the extent permitted.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Magipaper Limited harmless from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
15. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Services. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimer, and limitation of liability.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Services after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the changes, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
